The Solar Tree, a project combining efforts by our artists and engineers after bartering for solar cells from Snowflake Village (in the Midwest). Solar cells were built onto 15 cd's to collect the sun's energy in the day; red and green LED's were built into 35 cd's making the "leaves" for the tree which lit at night.
